was full of movement, laughter, encouragement, and women simply enjoying being together. What started as a workout has grown into a space where women can come as they are, meet new people, get active, and have a good time while doing it.

And y’all… we were already talking about how excited we were for FALL. 😂🍂

That’s the community we’re building, and I’m so grateful for every woman who continues to show up and be a part of it.

Fit Girls Club is back with Summer Blues, a Pilates inspired workout experience to close out the season right. Come dressed in your favorite shades of blue, move your body and connect with some amazing women before summer is officially over 💙🩵
