Meet our newest coach, Marissa!

“I have a background in dance and cheerleading, so I’ve always loved movement, teamwork, and cheering people on! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and become the strongest versions of themselves, inside and out.

I believe mindset is everything, and one of my favorite quotes is “Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right.”✨ I love bringing positive energy into every workout and helping people realize what they’re capable of!

Fun fact: I am a proud boy mom!💙
