Our final Youth Nationals crew spotlight features Arden and Porter, who will represent Williamsburg Boat Club in the 2x at USRowing Rowing Beach Sprint Youth Nationals in Sarasota. In bow seat, Arden joins Porter in stroke seat as they take on this fast-growing and exciting discipline of rowing for the first time at the national level.

Beach Sprints combine rowing, running, strategy, and quick decision-making, creating a unique challenge that these athletes have eagerly embraced. Check it out at our very own Jamestown Coastal Clash in August! We're proud to have Arden and Porter representing WBC in this emerging sport and can't wait to see what they accomplish on the national stage. As we wrap up our crew introductions, we wish all of our athletes the best of luck at Youth Nationals and thank them for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that brought them here. And thank you to our parents, community, and other supporters for helping them achieve their goals!

Stay tuned for updates from Sarasota! 💙

The countdown to USRowing Youth Nationals is on!

Over the next several days, we'll be highlighting the athletes who have earned their place in our youth nationals lineups. These crews have spent months putting in the work—early mornings, long practices, and countless miles on the water—all leading to Sarasota.

Today, we're proud to introduce our Women's Varsity 4x crew heading to Youth Nationals! In stroke seat, Lauren sets the rhythm with calm and consistency. Right behind her, MK brings years of experience, exceptional technique, and a precise approach that helps keep the crew moving efficiently. In 2 seat, Annabelle makes the calls and keeps the crew connected, while Brynn brings her veteran presence to the boat as she competes at Youth Nationals in bow for the third time.

While Lauren has plenty of rows left in the WBC uni, we'll be saying goodbye to MK, Brynn, and Annabelle as they graduate and continue their journeys at ODU, UVA, and West Point. The WBC family is incredibly proud of all them and can't wait to cheer them on at Nationals!

Join us in wishing them good luck as they head to Sarasota!
