Great weekend on the water with a great group of guys from Wisconsin who have fish with me for a long time! Limits trolling Friday evening and this morning and a limit casting yesterday!

The wind change directions about five times. There was white on the water for a while and then it was flat calm. It rained on and off several different times. Despite the crazy weather, we were able to put a limit of walleye on ice today! All fish were caught on purple hair jigs. Back at it tomorrow. I have next Saturday and Sunday open to get in on the jig bite!

Good times on the ice the past 3 days! Nothing under 8” and lots of jumbos mixed in! Life is good!
