Sea Level Strength was forged over a decade ago by my family’s commitment to honoring the fallen by challenging ourselves, the foundation of the strongest decade of my life.

Close to a decade ago I walked out of the shelter with Tucker and he has been a steadfast pillar at Sea Level Strength and in my family ever since.

A few weeks ago I had to say goodbye to Tucker, the last words I whispered in his ear were Thank You. Now it’s time to honor his unwavering loyalty the best way I know how.

Tucker will surely be smiling down on us as he did at the end of every single workout I was lucky to be apart of.

Join us Saturday August 31 9am for the final time on the pier as we honor Tucker’s legacy.

Im calling it now the morning fog is ending for the summer now that most of the OG’s back are on the island.

We welcomed back Coach Meg today along with Chris from Ohio who asked for a beach workout.

Chris is 75 years young I aspire to be doing broad jumps on the beach with a smile on my face when I’m her age.

Welcome back all!
