This beginner-friendly class is built for duos of all kinds: best friends, siblings, coworkers, roommates, couples – come laugh, move, and learn real self-defense together.

No experience needed. Just show up ready to have fun and do what you're comfortable with. (Don't worry, we'll keep the flipping to a minimum)

Over the weekend we had the pleasure of hosting Justin “J Flo” Flores (jflojudo) here at Prairie Wolfe Jiu Jitsu. We had attendees from academies both local and out of state share our space for the seminar, to learn and grow together from someone who has taught and coached at the highest levels.

During this time, owner Juanta Wolfe completed level 1 testing to become an official JFLO affiliate academy. We are thrilled to learn from and represent Justin’s curriculum and be a part of this growing affiliate community.

We are grateful to Justin for his time this weekend. We’re already looking forward to the next time 🔥

Thank you to everyone who made the journey from near and far to join us for an unforgettable night. And huge appreciation to Justin “J.Flo” Flores for traveling to Wichita to share his knowledge. When it comes to art, style is just as important as technique. Justin not only has the technical prowess of a master but the hunger for knowledge of a student and the flair of a true artist.
