We carry so much in our bodies without even realizing it. Stress, tension, emotions, responsibilities, expectations, the list goes on.

For only $30, this 90 minute workshop is a space to slow down, get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and release some of what you’ve been carrying. But it doesn’t have to be so serious. Take up space, laugh, and have fun!

During this experience, we’ll explore:
• Grounding + body awareness
• Somatic movement + shaking
• Breath + intentional release
• Boundaries + taking up space
• Intuitive movement + music
• Play, curiosity + having a little fun
• Guided meditation + integration
• Reiki + energetic support

Nothing is forced and there’s no right way to experience it. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels comfortable for you.

Join Courtney every Sunday morning at 9am for FREE throughout the month of September!

Courtney began her yoga journey in high school with a mat and a VHS tape she bought from Target. She quickly wore that tape out, and thus began to practice in various studios and gyms throughout her adulthood, including 3 pregnancies.

In 2020, she embarked on her 200-hour yoga teacher training with a dear friend, and the rest was history. Courtney began teaching Yoga in 2023 and since then has added a 300-hour training, her NASM Personal Trainer certification, and Barre training.

Courtney believes that yoga is transformative and has been the one constant through all of life’s stages.
