We’re growing the Team Sturdy B kid division! 💪🏻

We teach kids how to lift weights with proper technique and age-appropriate coaching—but they also learn through PLAY. Because kids should have fun while they’re getting stronger.

Strength training helps develop:

⚡ Athleticism
🏋🏻‍♀️ Strength & body awareness
🔥 A strong foundation for whatever sport they choose

Kids can start as young as 3 years old, as long as they’re able to follow simple instructions and participate safely.

We LOVE seeing new faces walk through our doors. Come get strong, have fun, and grow with us. ❤️

They earned their spots by putting in the work, showing up, and competing against some of the best and most capable athletes from around the world.

I’m incredibly proud of my team.

I coach athletes at every level. I don’t care where you start—as long as you’re willing to put in the work and trust the process, I’ll match your effort and then some. My job is to get you to the next level, and I’ll fight like hell to get you there.
