Wishing this strong mama a smooth and easy delivery as she gets ready to meet her little one!

She’s been training for 9 months for this big day, and we’ve been in awe of her strength, consistency, and dedication to fitness throughout her pregnancy. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It hasn’t always been an easy journey, but she continued to show up, adapt, and put in the work while we adjusted her programming along the way.

Now it’s time for the BIGGEST event of her life! 🥹

From their first time stepping under the bar to stepping onto a NATIONAL stage! 🖤💪

There is something truly special about watching our Sturdy Kids grow. From learning the basics and building confidence to becoming the strong, determined young athletes they are today. Their growth has been about so much more than just the weight on the bar.

We’ve watched them overcome challenges, push their limits, build friendships, and discover just how capable they are.

Tomorrow, our Sturdy Kids take the national platform, and we couldn’t be prouder!

None of this would be possible without the dedication and heart of Coach Mai Han Mijares , who has poured countless hours into these young athletes, alongside assistant coaches Rachel Waterhouse , Nate , and Josh Kennedy | Fitness and Flourishing . Together, they’re building more than strong athletes. They’re helping shape confident, resilient young people.

To our Sturdy Kids, no matter what happens on that platform, you’ve already made us proud. You’ve earned this moment!
