Starting back up June 6th 9:30 Wildflower Yoga returns in Jacksonville under the tent. (Next 2 Saturdays remain at the Old School Community Center)

Wednesday 5:30p stays indoors at the Old School Community Center.

This will be the schedule until our studio opens! We get closer everyday!

The simple act of sweeping the studio floor getting ready for the next step brought me immense joy today.

It also didn’t hurt that it was an absolutely gorgeous day!

Things are coming along! It’s going to be amazing when it’s done!

You’ve heard of legs up the wall and 5 pointed star? Using a tree as a prop gives these poses way different vibes!

Apparently apple tree pruning makes me feel like a kid again!

And after pruning I got all my trays ready for seeds! Garden season already!!

Happy international women’s day!

Although women should be celebrated everyday, this one was extra special by having the opportunity to not only have the opportunity to guide an amazing group of women in practice, but got to check two other things off my bucket list!

Teach yoga in a yurt and get to pull a sled full of yoga props to said yurt!

It was an amazing and beautiful day!
