Youth strength groups are starting again. We are looking for 6 kids ages 10-16 years old. We understand that basketball and ski season are upon us so you guys will miss out however, there are plenty of kids that don't participate in those two sports that could greatly benefit from strength, conditioning, corrective exercises, and all the performance boosts that come from training. And it gets the kids off the devices. Sounds like a win win!!!! Classes will be Wednesday after school and Saturdays(time to be determined).
