Here it is, the announcement: GLOW Drumming is happening Tuesday March 3rd at 5:45pm. This will fill up fast as it’s Glow and falls on my birthday week 😃

What is Cardio Drumming?
-A Cardio based workout that uses drumsticks to “drum” on a yoga ball in a large bucket to fun and upbeat music. You will work arm, abs, and legs all at the same time.

What is Glow Drumming?
-It is Cardio Drumming in backlight. We wear neon or white colored clothing and “glow” under the lights.

Who is it for?
-It is for every BODY and every level of fitness from very first timers thru advanced workoutaholics.

Who am I?
-Hi. I’m Mandy. I’m one of the founding instructors of Cardio Drumming in the NWI area. I’ve been teaching Cardio/Glow Drumming for 7 years. Previously with a number of Y’s, I’m proud to call 80/20 Fitness my new home! I teach with kindness and mindfulness so you’ll never have to ask for a modified move because I will show you all levels to include everybody in the room. But most importantly, I teach in a fun and engaging manner! My music will have you shaking it long after the class has ended.

If you’ve ever been interested in cardio drumming, now’s your chance to learn from the OG drummer.
