Yesterday was a great day. The Team competed in a tournament at Razor Sharp Martial Arts. Everyone did awesome! They ALL stepped up and battled through some tough matches. I guess they really are listening to me after all!😆.
So proud of all my competitors.❤️
Shout out to my Taekwondo brother Master Bryan Razo for hosting a very successful first event. I hope he decides to continue on hosting his own event and starting a new Razor Sharp Martial Arts tradition.

Kickboxing Bootcamp crossed paths with Team Training today so we got a nice little pic together... Both classes were awesome today! My Bootcampers killed it and my Team did amazing! Worked hard through they're conditioning drills and their sparring was top notch! Great job everyone! 👊💪💪💪11eleven 👊🇺🇸🇰🇷

We’re at it again!
This Saturday morning come run with Miss Meeli and I at the Munster Marching Band’s 5K Color Run!!!
Race stars at 9 am at the Munster football stadium.
Registration price will go up at noon on Friday and there is a special discount price for under 18 years old.
