Great work from .lundari in this bullpen. We focused on improving his direction down the mound, staying relaxed throughout the delivery, and becoming more athletic and dynamic with his movements. Ryan did a great job moving with better intent while maintaining a loose, relaxed delivery, allowing him to stay connected through his lower half and create more efficient movement patterns.

Up to 91 in this pen 🔥

What a regional for 🔥

Against #10-ranked and regional host Florida State,, Evan stepped up in a big way when his team needed him most.

On Friday, Evan came out of the bullpen and delivered 1.2 innings of relief to earn the save in a 6-5 win for St. John’s. He then followed that up by getting the start in the regional-clinching victory, throwing 5 strong innings to help send St. John’s to the Super Regionals.

Evan has put together an outstanding season, running his fastball up to 97 mph while posting:

3.20 ERA
2.60 FIP
1.10 WHIP
42 strikeouts in 38 innings

It’s been awesome to watch his development and see all the hard work paying off on one of college baseball’s biggest stages. The combination of stuff, competitiveness, and versatility has made him a huge weapon for St. John’s this season.

Let’s go Evan! Keep it rolling in the Super Regionals! 📈

Solid few weeks back in-house for

Over the past few weeks, we’ve focused on cleaning up Leo’s initial setup and improving his starting position. This has allowed him to better control his center of mass throughout his leg lift and move more efficiently as he begins his descent down the mound.

The result? Improved movement quality, better direction, and a bullpen PR of 91.7 MPH, while consistently sitting 90 MPH.

Development is rarely about one big change—it’s about making the right adjustments, stacking quality reps, and trusting the process.

Keep up the great work, Leo. We’re excited to see what’s next

TAC Remote & Hybrid Testimonial featuring

Jack joined us this winter and has made great progress — increasing velocity, improving the quality of his pitches, and becoming more consistent in his throwing. One of the biggest things Jack talks about is the level of communication and support he’s received throughout the process.

Our goal is to make sure every athlete has a clear plan, understands why they are doing what they are doing, and always has support when they need it. From text support and video breakdowns to FaceTime calls and ongoing adjustments, we stay connected throughout the entire process.

At TAC, you are not just another number or name on a roster. Every athlete is valued, and we take pride in providing a high level of communication, accountability, and individualized support to help you become the best version of yourself

Sometimes the biggest factors affecting recovery are the things happening off the field that nobody talks about.

When you start looking deeper into youth sports injuries, you begin to notice something:

As injuries continue to rise, so do screen time, social media use, processed foods, stress, and constant technology exposure.

A lot of athletes are doing the “right” things — training, lifting, arm care, recovery work — but still end up getting hurt.

Why?

Because recovery is more than just training.

The amount of time athletes spend on phones, social media, and screens can impact sleep, stress levels, focus, and overall recovery. Constant stimulation and stress can increase inflammation and make it harder for the body to fully recover and perform at a high level.

Recovery is not just:
• Throwing programs
• Lifting
• Arm care

It’s also:
• Sleep
• Nutrition
• Stress management
• Mental recovery
• Time away from screens

The little things done consistently away from the field matter more than most people realize

What you eat will directly impact your recovery. During the season, when you are constantly on the go, it can be easy to lose track of your nutrition. Eating highly processed foods can increase inflammation in the body, making it harder to recover and perform at your best.

That is why hydration and eating quality whole foods are so important when training and playing in-season. Proper nutrition helps support recovery, energy levels, muscle repair, and overall performance throughout the long season.

It is important to take a holistic approach to your development and recovery. Everything matters — sleep, hydration, nutrition, recovery routines, workload management, and training habits — all working together to help optimize performance and keep your body feeling its best throughout the season.
