Ten years ago, we opened the very first summer community production on the O’Leary Stage with Fiddler on the Roof.
Ten years. Countless rehearsals. Hundreds of performers, crew members, volunteers, and supporters. And more memories than we could ever count.
Like every live theatre production, Fiddler was special— not because everything was perfect, but because it was live, it was real, and it brought people together.
That’s what makes theatre so magical. For a few hours, you can escape the outside world, get lost in a story, laugh, cry, sing along, and maybe even recognize a little bit of yourself in someone on that stage.
And now, ten years later, we’re incredibly proud to bring you The Sound of Music and to continue a tradition that began on this stage a decade ago.
To everyone who has bought a ticket, shared a post, brought a friend, applauded, volunteered, performed, built a set, worked backstage, or simply showed up—thank you. You are what makes community theatre a community!
And to those joining us this weekend: thank you for choosing to spend a little bit of your day with us. We hope you laugh, sing, feel something, and maybe leave with a memory of your own.
