Amazing job to all of our dancers who attended Prodigy Dance Convention this past weekend! ✨ We couldn’t be more proud of you all! What an incredible weekend that left our dancers feeling inspired and ready to start a new season of dance 😍

Congratulations to Brianna & Kenzie who performed beautifully in the solo showcase! Another congratulations to Susan who received a $50 scholarship in the Junior room to attend again next season! 🎉

Please help us in welcoming Miss Genevieve to the SDA family! ✨She will be teaching Acro 1 & Acro 2 both team and rec classes this fall 🎉 We loved having her teach at our Elevate Intensives this past week! We couldn’t be more excited to have her join us! 🥰🩷

Get to know more about Miss Genevieve:
Genevieve Guertin is a dance instructor and choreographer at Spotlight Dance Academy and The Dance Company, as well as choreographer for many local theatre departments. With training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, acro, and hip hop, she also grew up performing in musical theatre. Choreography credits include The Sound of Music, School of Rock, Descendants, Beetlejuice Jr., Addams Family Jr., Mean Girls Jr., Newsies Jr., Little Mermaid Jr., Suessical Jr., Aladdin Kids, W***y Wonka Kids, and Music Man Kids.
