“Hi! I’m Maddie, I recently graduated from Minuteman High School, where I had the opportunity to study Design and Visual Communications. This fall, I’ll be attending the University of Connecticut to major in Sports Management, with plans to double major in Marketing. Although I joined SDA later than most, these past two years have meant more to me than I can put into words. SDA quickly became my second home, a place where I grew not only as a dancer but as a person. I want to give a huge thank you to Cam and Kirsten for their guidance, mentorship, and constant support. You both pushed me, inspired me, and helped me find confidence in myself. To my team, thank you for embracing me from day one and for creating a space filled with laughter and hard work. Thank you, Becky, Richelle, Coco, and Zoe, for shaping me as a dancer and as a
person. Your encouragement, your patience, and your passion for what you do made every class meaningful. You each played a part in helping me find artistry and joy in dance. A huge thank you to Kiera for guiding me, challenging me, and helping me grow every time I stepped into the studio. Your guidance meant more to me than you know, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve helped me with these past two years. And to my family, thank you for being my biggest supporters through every long night and competition day. I’ll carry the lessons and love from this studio with me always.”
