In 2022, we decided the time was right to step out onto our own after operating under the One2One Bodyscapes franchise since opening to the Westford, MA community in 2008. Pulse Fitness offers a larger, brand-new fitness studio that allows us to expand our offerings and continue to provide the best personal training experience in Westford. Our experienced team of certified personal trainers specialize in:

1 on 1 personal training
Small group training
Virtual personal training via Zoom, FaceTime, etc.

Just under 2 years ago, she came to us with little hiking and some exercise experience, but had a goal to have enough strength and endurance to hike the Annapurna Circuit Trail in Nepal. Her next goal was to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro; we are happy to report she DID IT!!! Congratulations on your epic journey! We can’t wait to hear all about it.
