✨ Saturday Staff Spotlight! ✨
Andrea Schwartz — Recreational & Preschool Coach

“Andrea joined Perfection in 2024. She has coached multiple sports over the past 20 years, including most recently as the assistant varsity girl's basketball coach at Lakota West High School. She has a degree in math education from Ohio Dominican University, and taught high school math in West Clermont. Andrea is also the youth director for Cincinnati Heat Premier AAU Basketball, where she has hosted regional, state, and national tournaments. She has three daughters, including two who train at Perfection, and a boxer puppy!“

Andrea has been such a HUGE asset to the Perfection family! She primarily coaches preschool gymnastics classes, as well as our new recreational team! She brings such a unique perspective into her coaching techniques, having 2 out of her 3 girls being current gymnasts with us. When she's not coaching, she's being a super mom - cheering on her girls from the stands! We are so lucky to have her as apart of our team - say hi to Andrea next time you see her at the gym!! 💜

Venus Hartwell — Recreational Coach & Special Events Instructor

“I am going to school to be a teacher! I did gymnastics for 4 years, and have been coaching for 2 years. My favorite color is red, and I love sharks! In my free time, I take dance classes and do any kind of art.“

Venus has been with us at Perfection for a little over 2 years! She spends most of her time coaching recreational classes at all ages and levels. She also coaches our Saturday skill clinics, monthly parent's night outs, and open gyms. Venus is the definition of a team player - when in doubt, she is at the gym! She is always willing to help others out when she can, and she is pro at making people laugh! We are so grateful to have her on our team, and have loved seeing her continued growth/leadership over time! 💖
