Today, we’re incredibly excited to officially welcome Kaitlen as the new Manager of Lights Out Boxing & Fitness! 🥊💜
Seven years ago, Kaitlen walked through our doors as a coach with a passion for helping others. From day one, she embraced what Lights Out is all about—serving people, building relationships, and changing lives.
Like any great journey, hers included growth beyond our walls. She left to manage another gym, gaining valuable leadership experience, developing new skills, and proving herself as an exceptional leader. But throughout it all, one thing never changed…
Lights Out was always home.
She returned to us as a coach, bringing back everything she had learned, and now we’re proud to welcome her into her next chapter—as our Gym Manager.
Kaitlen embodies the culture, values, and heart of Lights Out. She leads with integrity, cares deeply about our members, and is committed to making this community stronger every single day.
