He realized he wasn’t prioritizing his physical health like he should, and decided it was time to make a change.

When things got hard, his friends and family kept him going—seeing potential in him that he didn’t always see in himself.

Beyond Barbell has become a positive, uplifting, welcoming, and safe place for him to work toward his goals.
