Yellow Dog and I have officially completed the last Virtual Event of the PPRT & K season for '25 - '26 due to my schooling and the extreme temps/weather situation we will not risk heat stroke and/or hypothermia or dehydration between now and mid-October '26.
Yellow Dog and I got out there at or around 11 am MDT and and we finished around 1:30 pm MDT. We cani walked the usual route loop 3 times. I am still not fully healed up enough to run/cani run or cani cross and I will not run my dogs on concrete/tarmac/ashpalt/and pavement.
We will still be training in the off season but, not as often as we've been known due to the extreme temps. More than likely it will end up being 30 min walks around the block during the week, maybe longer distances at night around 10:30 pm MDT via Night Cani Walks.
The primary focus at this time is my schooling and their excercising, even if it's just a regular loose leash walk and/or possibly time spent at the dog park.
We cani walked 4.50 miles today at 1:55:11.

BTW we never got our race packet/my T Shirt. We are going to check back with the race hosts about that. They said they were going to send it out about a month ago.
