Let's get one thing out of the way. If Bobby is in the room, the hardest worker in the room title is taken. It's not up for debate and it's not up for grabs.

Three hundred sessions. Three hundred days of showing up for himself.

It's not just that he shows up. It's how he shows up. Full effort, every single set, whether anyone is watching or not.

Here's the part we don't say enough. Sometimes we get really lucky and a client becomes a friend. Bobby is one of the best ones. Three hundred sessions in and it stopped being a training relationship a long time ago.

Congrats, brother. On to the next hundred.

Every gym has equipment. Not every gym has assembled a team like this.

Seven people who show up before the sun does. Who know your name, your goals, your limitations, and exactly what you're capable of on the days you forget.

Justin. Fil. Denver. Tracy. Brandon. Sa'Niya. Kevin.

Different backgrounds. Different strengths. Same standard.

Fil and Denver built this based on their own weight loss journeys, so they know firsthand what you're walking in here to tackle and how to get you through it. Tracy was a client first before becoming a trainer. Brandon and Justin have a military background and brought the standard that comes with it. Sa'Niya came up as a cheerleader and never lost the energy. Kevin has been building relationships here since 2021. All of us are here for the same reason: watching someone do the thing they swore they could not do.

So whatever you're carrying through that door, somebody in this photo has carried it too. And they're already looking forward to meeting you.

Brandon.

He doesn't say much. He doesn't need to.

There's a Navy Seal background there, and the standard that comes with it followed him onto this floor.

Brandon hit the ground running here and made an instant impact. Precision. Attention to detail. He picks up information fast and knows exactly what to do with it, on the training floor and off it. He's young, and he's wise beyond his years.

Somewhere along the way he became someone every person in this building can count on. There is no challenge he won't step up to.

One tell: if the speakers are playing metal, Brandon is in the building.

Most people wait to see if a thing works before they commit to it. These five didn't wait.

They came to us at the very beginning, when all we had to offer was a plan and the people who were going to carry it out. No track record. No proof. They trusted us on nothing but a handshake and a feeling.

They're all still training with us today.

You can build a lot of things if you have the money for it. You cannot buy someone believing in you before there's a reason to.

Steph, Tim, Quynh, Michael, Darlene. Thank you for going first, and thank you for staying.

Debbie was never supposed to be in this photo.

Jana was the one who wanted to start strength training. She just did not want to walk in alone. So Debbie offered to come with her. One day a week for four weeks, long enough to get her friend comfortable, then she was out.

That was a year ago.

They now train together multiple times a week. Both of them are setting new maxes. Both of them are stronger and healthier than the day they walked in.

Debbie came to hold the door for someone else and ended up walking through it.

One of our favorite stories in the building. These two amaze us day after day!

A year and a half ago this was an empty space with a coming soon sign in the window.

Now it's full of people who show up twice a week and put in the work.

Taylor is the definition of where there is a will, there is a way.

She works healthcare. 24 hour shifts. Sometimes 48. She spends those hours taking care of other people, and then she comes here and takes care of herself.

Most people in that situation would train when it is convenient. There is nothing convenient about her schedule, so she would never train at all.

She decided that was not going to be the story.

She finds the hour. Sometimes it is a strange hour. She takes it. And when she is on this floor she is not going through the motions. She is chasing progress every single session.

100 workouts in.

Taylor, you never make a thing of this. So we will. Congratulations, and thank you for the standard you set without saying a word.

We are proud of you!

200 workouts.

That number is worth celebrating on its own. Two hundred times Joses walked in and did the work, on the good days and the ones where it would have been easier not to.

But that is not the part we are most proud of.

Somewhere in those 200 sessions, Joses stopped treating the gym as the only place his health happened. He changed how he eats. He built habits that hold up on the days he is not here. He took control of the whole picture instead of the hour on the floor.

That is the part most people never get to. Showing up is hard. Changing what happens the other 23 hours is harder.

Congratulations Joses. 200 down.

Ask Justin if he upped the weight and you get the same answer every time.

"Upgrades are on the house today."

He is not doing it to be tough. He adds weight because he can see you are capable before you can, and showing you that is the whole point. Some people go their entire lives without anyone doing that for them.

He cares about doing right by people. Every single day.
