That’s why we don’t hire front desk staff… we hire Day Makers.
Day Makers are the heart of this community. They welcome students, prepare food and drinks, support the boutique, care for the space, and help connect people with the classes, memberships, workshops, retreats, trainings, and wellness services that keep them coming back to themselves.
We’re looking for people who:
— Genuinely enjoy making someone’s day
— Lead with compassion, not performance
— Show up consistently and take pride in it
— Notice the details others walk past
— Find meaning in real human connection
What comes with it:
— $16–$20/hour based on experience and availability
