Cyclones Hockey Club Formerly the Webster Cyclones
Webster Youth Hockey Association was started in 1999. Webster Youth Hockey Association Inc.

WYHA is based out of the Webster Ice Arena with all levels of house, girls and travel hockey teams. is a nonprofit organization established to provide an opportunity for the youth of the Greater Rochester area to participate in the great sport of ice hockey. WYHA is committed to providing the opportunity for boys and girls to develop sportsmanship, teamwork and personal integrity, all while enjoying the fun and challenge of a fast-action game.

We can’t wait to see our returning families back at the rink and hopefully welcome some new faces into the Cyclones family this season.

Development doesn’t stop when the skates come off. 💪🏒

Our 11U AA Team Riley took advantage of our new workout space, adding some off-ice training to their week right inside Webster Ice Arena.

As part of our continued focus on player development, we’ve prioritized creating more opportunities and resources for our teams beyond their time on the ice. Having a dedicated space right inside our home rink gives teams another option to incorporate strength, conditioning and athletic development into their season.

More than ice time.
More ways to develop.
More resources for our Cyclones.

Our 10U AA McAlpin team took a little time off the ice for some preseason team bonding! 🎳

Because building a team is about more than what happens at the rink. These moments, the laughs, the friendships and getting to know your teammates are all part of it.

If your child has been asking about hockey, or you’ve been wondering if they’re ready to give it a try, the Cyclones Hockey Club Beginners Program is a great place to start!

Designed for ages 4–6, Beginners gives new players a chance to get comfortable on the ice, learn the basics, build confidence and have FUN along the way.

❄️ Practices Wednesdays & Saturdays
🏒 Two sessions offered each season
🥅 Beginner-friendly instruction focused on learning and development
💙 A welcoming introduction to the Cyclones hockey community
