Cooler weather in Haywood County make a warm bed tempting, but nothing beats posting in the cold with men who hold you accountable.

The temps dropped; the standard didn't.

Crisp mountain air & solid beatdowns! The PAX pushed hard across Waynesville these past few weeks—building strength, grit, and brotherhood.

Still on the move, same relentless drive. The F3 Waynesville pushed through the seasonal shift with heavy reps, hill climbs, and strong fellowship in the gloom.

Free, peer-led, open to all men. Join us in the circle this week.

After 208 miles of mountain switchbacks, questionable van smells, and zero hours of quality sleep later… Team Squirrel Gravy has officially finished the Blue Ridge Relay!

The F3 Waynesville crew survived the climbs, the midnight legs, and endless gas station snacks to cross the line in Asheville.

Legs are completely shot, but the spirit is intact.

Another week in the books. Reps stacked, miles logged, and sweat earned in the gloom with F3 Waynesville. It wasn’t easy, but real growth never is.

Huge respect to the men who put in the work. Rest up, we roll again soon.

You don’t build resilience in comfort. Outstanding push from the F3 Waynesville brothers this week—showing up for each other, putting in the sweat, and locking shields.

The humidity was heavy, but the work got done. F3 Waynesville showed up in the gloom all week long, pushing through every rep and taking on each mile.
