It was such an honor and privilege to receive an award from PADI this week for our "Outstanding contribution to dive industry sustainability"! Regional Manager Cody Brooks cited participation on DEMA committees, willingness to contribute to the success of fellow dive shops, and a consistent "positive and encouraging" attitude favoring the dive industry as reasons for the award. Bob accepted the award on behalf of the entire Odyssey Scuba & Travel staff.

Odyssey Scuba is conducting a river clean-up dive on May 9th (weather and water permitting) on the Gasconade River! Its a great way to keep our waterways and scenic rivers in the beautiful Ozarks as nice as we can.

Even if you're not a diver you can join us as we canoe/dive a 5-mile stretch of the river picking up loose trash both above and below the surface. Contact Odyssey Scuba for all the details!!

Our front doors will have to be locked today due to the on-going (and much needed!) sidewalk improvement project, but you can still get to us using the Employee Entrance around back. Progress can be messy and inconvenient, but it's SO WORTH the temporary issue to have ADA compliant sidewalks, improved crosswalks, and a modern-looking front!
