We are ready for practice. Next Monday the 7th open practice. We prepped the track and watered it yesterday before we left. Had the midget on it for a few laps today and she’s gripped up. Still a little to wet to do the final wheel pack but she will be dialed come Sunday.

Did a final sweep of the pit area and restocked the fridge. Timing system is updated and the speakers are turned up to 11!!!

After working and running on the track on and off all week I feel confident that we can put some cars on it and see what we have. We ran a mock race day today and had 0 issues with equipment, and the track raced pretty well. Everytime we work it it gets a little better.

We will host an open practice on Labor Day Monday from 9-5. Controlled practice as necessary based off car count. $10 entry fee for all day practice.

Spread the word and we will see you on Labor Day!!

Small schedule change. Round 5 of the Super Dirt Series has been pushed up 1 week so as not to interfere with the Duals at Trackside. Round 5 will now be on March 6th. The pinned schedule has been updated an is correct as of now.

We spent the day shaping and working the dirt. By the time it was all done we have something that I feel will race very well. We threw some cars down and ran a few battery’s off. I couldn’t be more proud of the volunteers and help I have had. This has been a mountain of work and we are far from finished but the progress made has been monumental.

We got some weather yesterday just an hour before dirt was scheduled to arrive so we were sunk for the weekend. Jeremy Libick called in a favor and found some dirt and a truck at the 11th hour and we officially have dirt in the building.

We have a long ways to go but it’s coming along nicely. We spent the afternoon turning laps on the simplicity getting it all worked in.

We spent some time this week working on some comfort. We installed a few oscillating fans in the pit area. Installed lights over the pit spots and made sure everyone had power. We are also wired for sound as the P.A. and speakers are hooked up and working.
