Every year a teammate chooses to stay with Abilities is a year they've chosen the people we serve. That choice matters. It shapes lives, builds trust, and creates the kind of consistency our individuals deserve.

Over the past two weeks, four teammates celebrated work anniversaries with Abilities:

We are currently selling commemorative bricks for the future Sensory Garden at Hawthorne Park. Each brick purchased helps support the creation of an inclusive space where individuals of all abilities can explore, play, relax, and connect with the community.

It's true! In Missouri, you have the legal right to audio record your child's IEP or 504 meeting under RSMo 162.686.

How?
Send a short written notice to your school's Process Coordinator at least 24 hours before the meeting letting the school know you'll be recording (email is fine), then bring your phone and hit record when the meeting starts.

We recommend the phone app Minutes, which records the audio and gives you an instant transcript, meeting summary, or action plan when it's done.
