Since joining BLUSH in July 2023, Amber has been putting in the work and it shows. Her biggest accomplishment? Building serious strength and muscle — and she’s just getting started!

You’ll find her bright and early with our 6am Rise & Grinders crew, bringing the energy right alongside our trainers. That consistency + that crew = unstoppable 🔥

Have you been considering starting BLUSH but afraid to take the next step? Amber has some advice for you:
“Just try it, don’t hesitate to call your trainer over if you don’t know that movements. There’s always modifications they can suggest to get you closer to your goals.”

This week we’re celebrating Kelsy, who has been part of the BLUSH family since November 2025!

One of Kelsy’s biggest accomplishments has been seeing the changes in her body and feeling herself getting stronger — proof that consistency truly pays off! 💪

What keeps her coming back? The amazing friendships she’s built and our awesome trainers! Having a supportive community makes all the difference, and we love that BLUSH has become that place for her.

One of the things Kelsy loves most about BLUSH is the environment:
