Grateful for every restorative moment we shared this past class season. Thank you to all my Studio 1818 boos for practicing, resting, and growing with with me.

Now it’s time for a summer pause as I prepare to meet my newest baby girl.

I look forward to slowing down with you all this September for another season of rest and community. 🍂

This month at STUDIO1818 we are still offering are mix of restorative somatic sessions with different focuses each day which include:

WEDNESDAY
MIDWEEK RESET (Restorative Somatics Flow):
Recharge midweek with our deep stretch restorative flow that calms the nervous system and reduces stress and emotional tension.

SATURDAY
RESTORE & CORE (Restorative Somatics + Pilates Flow):
Unwind and reconnect in this gentle fusion class that blends restorative yoga with mindful Pilates. Slow, supportive stretches are paired with light core activation to release tension, improve stability, and restore balance in the body. Perfect for all levels, this calming practice helps you relax, reset, and leave feeling refreshed and centered.

SUNDAY
SOULFUL STRETCH (Restorative Somatics Flow):
Our surrendering and grounding restorative flow accompanied with a soothing faith based playlist and scripture meditation that will refresh your soul and prep you mentally for the new week.

The Goddess Within: The Introduction at Studio 1818.

This past weekend on the New Moon in Ta**us we happily made space for luxury wellness experience. This beautiful session included a relaxing sound bath & meditation , intention jar workshop, sacral chakra flow and sister circle talk. Overall this was a feel good soothing event that brought together a community of healers & mothers for a true energetic reset and mental rest.

I truly loved every moment of it, and loved to see the mission of our studio fulfilled even further through other wellness practitioners life’s works
