After Beau Jangles’ breathtaking victory Sunday evening, two GGS (Graham Grace Stables) Thoroughbred 2-year-olds will make their debut closing weekend at Saratoga.

The long-anticipated debuts of Lithos and Pops Novo will take place Saturday at Saratoga.

Pops Novo (Corniche) is entered in the seventh race, while Lithos (Curlin) will compete in the eighth.

On the Standardbred side, freshman trotting sensation Wyoming (Walner) returns to the Meadowlands on Friday, September 4, in an elimination of the New Jersey Classic (10th race).

Fresh off his stunning 1:51 score in the Grade 3 Nassagaweya Stakes at Woodbine Mohawk Park last Saturday, promising 2-year-old pacing c**t Mascarpone (Stay Hungry) will look to keep rolling in the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Championship final on Labor Day at Pocono Downs. Also on the Pocono card, GGS’ highly regarded Captain Corey c**t, Yankee Boss, will return to action in the 2-year-old trotting division of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Championships.

The entire GGS crew is gearing up for what should be an exciting fall campaign. 👏

Beau is back in business after winning his $150,000 OSS Gold event tonight at Woodbine - Mohawk Park with a :25.1 final quarter. James MacDonald was in the bike as Beau Jangles went over $2 million lifetime for the Graham Grace Stables of Clifton, VA, Kiwi Stables of La Plata, MD and Bolton Stables of Clermont, FL, plus trainer Dr. Ian Moore.
Beau Jangles was bred by Tara Hills Stud of Port Perry, ON and sold out of the Preferred Equine consignment for $65,000 at the 2025 Standardbred Horse Sales Company yearling auction in Harrisburg, PA.

On an off track and after a sizzling first quarter, Beau sat patiently in the pocket before powering past the uber-talented Red Man Rocket Man. He stopped the timer in a lifetime-best 1:48.2, capped by a blistering 25-second final quarter.

With the victory in Sunday night’s Ontario Sires Stakes Gold at Woodbine Mohawk Park, Beau surpassed the $2 million mark in career earnings. James MacDonald was masterful in the bike.

Beau Jangles Update 🐎

After pacing one of the fastest final half miles ever recorded by a 3 year old at Woodbine Mohawk Park last weekend in a blazing 52 seconds, Beau Jangles is back in Grand Circuit action this Saturday, August 22.

Todd McCarthy will be back in the sulky as Beau takes on the $300,000 Max C. Hempt Memorial Pace at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania.

Beau will start from post 5 in Race 12, with a scheduled post time of 6:21 p.m. EDT.

Big summer for the Graham Grace Stables 2-year-olds.☀️

Our Curlin c**ts BRINKS and LITHOS are training up at Saratoga, gearing up for their debuts in August at the Spa.

Meanwhile on the standardbred side; Mascarpone just won his division of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes on 7/25. He caught our eye as a yearling, battled through some early health issues, and is finally starting to fulfill everything we saw in him on the farm last fall.

Two disciplines. One strong crop of 2-year-olds.

Beau Jangles stepped into the Woodbine Mohawk Park oval today and delivered exactly what we needed to see: a crisp qualifying mile in 1:50, right on cue for the next chapter of his 2026 campaign. 🙌

The reigning Canadian and U.S. Horse of the Year is trending in the right direction, and this qualifier has him pointed at the OSS Gold at Grand River on August 3, then a probable American racing debut on Hambletonian Day (August 8) in the Cane Pace at the Meadowlands.
