We offer a variety of services including personal training, fitness classes, physical therapy, reflexology, and sound healing. Training sessions available in person at my fitness studio, your home, or if you prefer, virtually via Zoom. DiversaFit is a woman-owned and operated business that welcomes and accepts ALL ages, fitness levels, genders, ethnicities, LGBTQIA+, etc

This is the first of what we hope are many events hosted at Small Batch Cellars Winery so let’s make sure it’s not our last. So ladies grab a friend and get ready to throw some bags, sip some wine, and share some good vibes!
