Piper is in her 3rd season with us. She is an exceptional athlete all around. Great arm talent and range in the outfield… not to mention the fact that she converted over to the left side as a slapper just 2 years ago!

Kelsie is entering her 3rd season with us. She brings great accuracy and movement in the circle, as well as great range in the outfield. She is also an absolute force on the base paths! Not to mention the sweetest personality.

Coach Evie has spent the past 5 seasons pouring into these girls. She is such a great person to have on our team… from being the girls’ best hype man, to being the one who holds them accountable when they aren’t on their stuff🤣 Her presence makes everyone just feel better. Everyone knows when Coach Evie is not there… because it’s obvious!!

Today is National Catchers’ Day! If you know us, you know we take the catcher’s position SERIOUSLY. We are so blessed to have 3 who we can put back there in any given situation! You can find Emalyn, Maleah and Journi holding it down behind the plate for us… and they all have saved us numerous times! Between the 3 of them last season:

•21 passed balls (139 innings played)
•17 runners gunned down

All 3 of them work so hard for our pitchers. They do most of the work, and yet receive the least amount of credit for it. Today, we celebrate THEM! Happy National Catcher’s day to every hard working catcher out there! 💪🏻
