What a weekend! Our HS Hooks Elite- Kroll team came home with some hardware this weekend! Finishing in second place, but that doesn't tell the whole story. They showed up and gave it everything they could with true grit playing 4 games on Saturday and returning on Sunday for another 4. The championship game began after playing 3 games back-to-back! Their season began with 5 pitchers, this weekend they were down to about one returning from a fractured hand and another with a huge cut on her hand. When it comes down to it, each one of those athletes had a reason to quit, but they chose to play for their team instead. This is such a special team with a bond that goes beyond the softball field. If you're not keeping up with them, you are missing out!
