Tryout Information & Organization Overview

Waco Storm Baseball is a competitive baseball organization dedicated to developing players both on and off the field. Led by former Major League Baseball player Billy Brewer, Waco Storm has been building players and providing opportunities for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, the organization has helped over 500 athletes advance to the collegiate and professional levels.

Our program is built around four core principles: Competition, Professional Coaching, Integrity, and Placement. We believe in developing complete baseball players by emphasizing strong fundamentals, work ethic, discipline, accountability, and the commitment it takes to compete at a high level.

Professional Coaching & Player Development

At Waco Storm, player development is a priority. Our goal is to help every athlete improve their skills, build confidence, develop baseball IQ, and learn what it takes to succeed at the next level. We emphasize quality instruction, consistent development, and competitive opportunities that challenge players to continue improving.

With leadership from a former MLB player and an organization with a proven history of success, our players benefit from an environment focused on preparation, performance, and long-term growth.

Turf Practice Facility

Waco Storm provides players access to a turf practice facility where they can train, develop their skills, and prepare for competition in a dedicated baseball environment. Having access to a turf facility allows our athletes to work on their game consistently and maximize valuable practice time throughout the year.

Competition, Exposure & Opportunity

We understand that every player has different goals. Whether an athlete hopes to make a high school team, compete in college, or pursue professional baseball, Waco Storm is committed to helping players work toward those opportunities. Through competitive teams, player development, and exposure opportunities, we strive to prepare athletes for the next stage of their baseball journey.

Tryouts & Getting Started

We invite dedicated players and families who are looking for a competitive baseball environment to learn more about Waco Storm Baseball. We are looking for athletes who are willing to work hard, be coachable, compete as teammates, and commit to improving both on and off the field.

If you are interested in becoming part of the Waco Storm family, we encourage you to attend our upcoming tryouts and see what our organization has to offer.
