With summer right around the corner, remember this: You don’t have to be perfect to see results.
One of my favorite approaches is the 80/20 rule:
🔸Focus on nourishing your body with whole foods most of the time.
🔸Leave room for summer BBQs, vacations, ice cream, and making memories.
Too many people think they need to be “all in” or they might as well quit. The truth? Consistency beats perfection every single time.
A few strength workouts each week, daily walks, plenty of water, and balanced nutrition can take you a lot further than starting over every Monday.
This summer, stop chasing perfect.
Start building habits you can actually stick with.
