I want to personally give a huge thank you to everyone who helps make Viroqua Football possible.
There is a lot that goes into a football season besides just the practices and games. It takes an entire community of people who give their time and effort so our players can take the field each week.
Thank you to our sponsors and everyone who supported our fundraisers by either contributing or volunteering. Your generosity keeps this program moving forward and gives our kids the necessary equipment needed to make this sport possible.
Thank you to the concession stand workers, chain crews, announcers, game clock operators, radio broadcasters, photographers, and officials that make our flag football games, middle school games, C-team games, and Varsity football games possible.
Thank you to our bus drivers for getting us to and from games.
Thank you to the facilities crew for keeping our field one of the nicest fields in the state and keeping our locker rooms clean.
Thank you to the admin team for arranging transportation, officials, and finances to make it all work.
Thank you to our vendors who go out of their way to support our team and get us gear as fast as possible.
Thank you to our Parks & Rec department for supporting our middle school, and flag football programs.
Thank you to our middle school and flag football coaches you’re helping build the foundation for the future of Viroqua Football, and your work is appreciated and noticed.
Thank you to the Booster Club for supporting not just us but all athletic programs year round.
Thank you to the Gridiron Club for your tireless and relentless work to make our fundraisers, t-shirt night, senior night, parents night, game day snacks, and so many other vital parts of our season possible. I could not have done it without you.
Thank you to my great group of assistant coaches for being a constant positive influence to these young men, always teaching, and always putting up with me.
Thank you to the parents for the rides, the team dinners, the game day snacks, the encouragement, and the patience. None of this happens without you.
Thank you to our fans your cheers, your pride, and your belief in these boys mean everything. You remind us why we play, why we coach, and why this community is so special. Regardless of the record our boys feel supported that doesn't happen everywhere.
It truly takes a village to make this program happen. I’m proud and grateful to be a part of it.
The foundation is being laid, and with your continued support, Viroqua Football will keep growing stronger every year.
