FOR TODAY…
IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 10am - OPEN FITNESS ROOM: The Fitness Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing and working out within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.)
- 11:15am with Panther😻: 80s LADIES: This class is full of totally righteous jams with bangin’ moves — the 80s decade made aerobic fitness fun! Bustin’ out some of the best dances MTV and Jane Fonda had to offer, this class will work you to the max! Yoga mats and weights; tennis shoes.
- 12:30pm with Panther😻: FIT-N-FLEXY: This class combines cardio with stretching to build endurance, strength, mobility, and flexibility. Yoga mat; tennis shoes, socks, or barefoot.
IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 10am with Cherry🍒: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.
- 11:15am with Cherry🍒: POLES 2: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 1. This advanced beginner class will focus more on combination spins with moves you learned in Poles 1. You'll also learn advanced grip spins, a variety of climbs, sits, and poses. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat and/or kneepads optional.
- 12:30pm with Cherry🍒: INTRO TO INVERSION: ***No inverting experience is necessary but INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL is REQUIRED. Students must have taken Poles 1 and Poles 2 classes before advancing to any Inversion class.** Are you ready to move on from Poles 2 to Inversion but are a little nervous or scared? No need to fear! Your Instructor will teach you to safely and confidently live life upside down. This class will feature beginner Inversion moves such as forearm stands and handstands, laybacks, basic inverts transitioning from Jasmine and Genie, as well as more advanced Poles 2 combos. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat.

💲💲 REMINDER: Cancellation fees will apply whether or not the class is full. You must cancel via MindBody by 9am Monday thru Friday the day of your evening Pole or Fitness class, and by 9pm the night before any weekday Morning or Saturday class, or you will be charged the $15-$25 fee. This applies to ALL Members and Non-Members. This allows girls on Waitlists the opportunity to attend in your place. Please alert us ASAP to cancel if you are feeling ill. Taking photos/videos during class is NOT allowed without permission of Instructor or Manager. Thank You!
