🏆 CLIENT WIN: BACK TO RUNNING PAIN-FREE! 🏃‍♂️

This WIN might not sound huge to everyone… but when you know the whole story, it’s a BIG deal.

This client had a partial knee replacement less than a year ago. He completed physical therapy and had great results—but he still had goals beyond where insurance-covered therapy could take him.

One of those goals? Getting back to running without knee pain.

That’s when he reached out to Victoria Stretch & Wellness Co.

So how did we help bridge the gap and get him back to running pain-free?

✅ We looked at the whole body, assessing flexibility, mobility, and movement—not just the knee.

✅ We took a full-body approach to mobility. Yes, his spine, hips AND feet were contributing to his limitations.

✅ We incorporated stability techniques throughout the entire body to help him move with more strength and control.

And now? He’s RUNNING again—without knee pain. 🙌

Physical therapy is incredibly important, especially after surgery. But sometimes finishing therapy doesn’t mean you’re finished working toward YOUR goals.
