HS Summer XC workouts start next week! Our pre dead week (July 6/26 to 7/5) schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings 5:45 to 6:45 AM. Then Wednesday evenings 6-7:30 PM.

Workouts for those who can’t make practice.
Monday- Easy 35 to 45 min run
Tuesday- Easy 30-40 min run
Wednesday- Easy 45-60 min run
Thursday- Easy 30-40 min run

Our HS girls team banquet will be on tomorrow, June 3rd 5:30-7:00 PM in the HS cafeteria! Pizza will be provided. Each class has an item to bring.
