At Agility Gymnastics Academy our vision is to develop children into strong, healthy individuals and establish important values such as self-discipline and high self-esteem for life. Join us September 26th for focused skill clinics to help your gymnast build strength, confidence & technique!

🍁 AGES 4 & 5
•Press Handstands & Cartwheels
4:15–5:00 PM | $20

•Then stay for Preschool Open Gym!
5:30–6:30 PM | $10 per child

🍁AGES 6+
•Glides, Pullovers & Casts
4:30–5:30 PM | $20

•Press Handstands & Cartwheels
5:45–6:45 PM | $20

•Then stay for Open Gym!
7:00–9:30 PM | $20

Ever wonder why gymnastics coaches are ALWAYS saying “squeeze,” “get tight,” “squeeze your belly,” or “squeeze your butt”?

There’s a reason! 😂

Proper gymnastics starts with proper body shapes. Tight, controlled positions help gymnasts learn skills with the right form, technique, and control.

And apparently, every coach has their own vocabulary for getting the point across! 😂

Due to the power outage at the gym, we are currently without air conditioning and the gym is simply too hot for our athletes. The safety and well-being of our athletes is always our top priority, so we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel classes today.

We sincerely apologize for the last-minute change! We will offer a makeup opportunity and will share those details as soon as we have everything worked out.

A few of our girls attended the CGA Wild Wild West team camp & We’re so proud of these girls for representing Agility with great attitudes and a willingness to learn. Every opportunity to train, grow, and be challenged helps them become stronger athletes. What a fun way to wrap up summer training! 🤠
