HEALTH UPDATE: 2024 World Champion Dean Thompson announced today that he is cancer-free.

After more than 40 chemotherapy treatments, six lumbar punctures, and months of treatment for Burkitt’s Lymphoma, Thompson shared that his scans are clear and doctors have given him less than a 10% chance of the cancer returning.
