I have over 15 years of lifting experience and 20 years of hockey playing experience. I have worked with NHL players training youth players to develop their skills both on and off the ice as well as adults and kids with all forms of fitness training (weight loss, powerlifting, crossfit, HIIT, and sports conditioning) I also offer nutrition advice and online programming.
