💪 Meet Our New Personal Trainer – Johnathan Spruill!

We’re excited to welcome Johnathan to our YMCA family! With a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and certification through Action Fitness, Johnathan brings both knowledge and passion to every session.

🏋️ Training Focus: Strength & flexibility training, helping individuals gain control of their bodies and improve overall health.

✨ Why He Got Started: As a former college athlete who overcame a major injury, Johnathan knows the power of proper training and preparation. His journey inspired him to help both athletes and everyday people prevent injuries and perform at their best.

🔥 Training Style: Johnathan pushes his clients to break barriers physically and mentally, guiding them out of their comfort zones so they can unlock their full potential.
