As we wrapped up the final week of this workout, our members left it all on the floor.

💪 Apollo brought the strength today!

Today’s workout was all about slowing things down, lifting with intention, and focusing on quality movement. Members chose between upper or lower body at each station, allowing everyone to target the areas they wanted to build and strengthen. Every rep counted, and this crew showed up ready to put in the work!

Strength isn’t built overnight—it’s earned through consistency, effort, and showing up, just like you all did today. 👏
