Should we celebrate another milestone today? Yeah? OK! Actually, we don’t have a choice because Shannon just took her 100th class today and how could we not celebrate this beauty! 🎉Shannon hasn’t been at this long - although you would never know it - since joining in October she has been in high gear and reached this milestone in just seven months. Consistency + commitment = achievement and our girl Shannon = reaching goals. 💥Shannon - you’ve mesmerized us with your hard work, your dedication to your practice and (if we’re being honest) those EYES! 😍We’re so excited to be celebrating you today and look forward to the hot, sweaty journey ahead. We know that 250 milestone will be here before we know it - no time to cool off for you, girlie - stay hot and focused! Congratulations!

Shouting loud for this next milestone because it sure is a good one - our sweet Shannon just took her 500th class!! 🎉 What a fun way to kick off the impending summer season! Shannon consistently shows up to class with a determination and positive energy that inspires us every single time we see her walk through the studio doors. The grit, grace, and hard work she pours into strengthening both her mind and body shines through in every class. Shannon, we can practically set our clocks by when you come to class because we know if it’s 4:30 you’re about to walk up the stairs. ⏰ Just like we can count on seeing your smiling face ready to put in the work and bring the energy. You can absolutely see that post-class glow when you walk out feeling strong and accomplished. 🍑😉. So let’s soak in this moment and celebrate you today for this incredible 500 class milestone. Here we go again! Celebrating another 500 class milestone! So cue the confetti because our knockout Katie just crushed it, everyone! 👏🏻🎉 It has been such an inspiration watching Katie grow stronger with every class. You just have to look at her to see that she WORKS. She’s hard not to notice! But we see the smaller things too that make Katie so successful in her practice like that extra stretch, that little shake at the end of an exercise and that exhale after that 8 count that lets you know she was giving it her all. Katie - no matter the challenge, you always show up with such great energy and a positive attitude, and that’s something really special. ❤️500 classes is no small thing — that’s 500 times you chose yourself, 500 workouts completed and 500 opportunities to get stronger inside and out. 🥹 We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far and we already know we’ll be engraving your name in gold very soon. A lover of slow flow and vinyasa, she brings such a calm, grounded energy into the studio that you can feel the moment she walks into class. Her presence is peaceful, steady, and uplifting - just like the classes she takes here with us. Marlene shows up ready to work, push herself and control every pulse, shake and hold. She’s “tried and true” and she’s “early crew”. 🤪 Marlene - 5:30am is no joke and neither is 250 hours of work. Let’s GOOOOOOO! Today we get to celebrate one of our studio staples hitting an amazing milestone - Lisa just took her 250th class 🥳 Lisa is the definition of dedication. She comes ready to challenge herself, push through the tough moments and leave feeling stronger than when she walked in. And wow! Can we talk about how STRONG she is?! A more appropriate word to use to describe her would be powerhouse. 🤯Whether it’s holding that plank a little longer, grabbing the heavier weights or pushing through that set until the end she is always up for it. Her consistency and commitment are truly inspiring! Lisa, beyond all of that you bring such a positive energy to our studio. 🥰You are kind, encouraging and a wonderful part of our community. T is for tenacious, tough, tireless and triumphant. And not coincidentally also describe another (and our favorite) T word who happens to have taken her 500th class today - Tobey! 🎉 Other words we would use to describe Tobey would be strong, graceful, intelligent and resilient. She’s an amazing educator, a total powerhouse and a true inspiration to everyone around her. The confidence and kindness that she carries with her draw you in. And once you’re in, you don’t want out! 🥰 And we get even luckier when she is in class with her daughter who is a literal carbon copy of her. Those are some special genes, friends. Tobey - thank you for being such a beautiful part of our community. Your strength inspires us, your positivity uplifts us and your presence makes our studio a better place every single day. We adore you and could not be happier to celebrate this huge milestone with you today!! 🫶✨ Onward to 750! Congratulations!
