mind. I will coach you to recognize what your full potential is physically and mentally to reach these goals-aspirations-dreams! Your session is customized to your abilities which is based on your fitness and lifestyle. Workouts are not limited to the gym setting but can be taken to outdoor activities. Fitness, nutrition and health is my passion! I love to teach and empower my clients so they can make changes and improvements in their lives.I have been involved in the Fitness and Nutrition industry for 30 + years, whether it was training clients, or preparing myself for a sport or event.
