With regular massages, the body appears smoother and more relaxed, with muscles looking supple, evenly toned, and less rigid across the back and shoulders.
The tissue seems well-circulated, giving the muscles a healthier, more balanced contour and reducing the appearance of tightness or strain.
In contrast, without regular massage, the muscles can look tighter and more congested, with visible tension around the shoulders, lower back, and hips.
The tissue may appear denser and less flexible, emphasizing areas where stiffness and restricted movement build up over time.
Overall, consistent massage contributes to a more fluid, aligned appearance, while the absence of it can leave the body looking tense and compacted.

So proud of this one ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช

Carrie has been absolutely crushing her workouts and blowing her movement goals out of the water these past couple months. Her stamina, strength, and mobility have all taken massive leaps forward and the numbers donโ€™t lie:

โ€ข Zercher squats: 80 โ†’ 135 lbs
โ€ข Deadlifts: 95 โ†’ 205 lbs
โ€ข DB bench: 15s โ†’ repping 35s
And many more!

This kind of progress comes from consistency, trust in the process, and showing up ready to work. Itโ€™s been an incredible year watching her grow stronger and move better, and weโ€™re just getting started. Excited to chase even more strength and maybe some pull-ups in the new year ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ”ฅ

This past year has been focused on growth โ€” expanding my education, refining how I assess movement, and incorporating new techniques and training strategies to support safer, smarter, and more effective sessions. Every decision I make is centered around helping you move well, build strength with purpose, and feel confident in your progress.

Been looking at that 750 for awhile so figured it was time to get it done. Squat at 245. Bench 185. And a nice 320 deadlift finisher ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
