2. Will the F45 classes hold more people? - Yes! 🙌

3. Will there be childcare? - Yes! 👏

Can I do both F45 & FS8? - Yes! Discounts will be available but it will be two separate memberships & booking platforms! 💃🕺

Will there be kids workouts? - Yes! 🏋🏼

Are there more showers? - Yes! And they’ll be separate from the toilets! 🥳

It’s that time of year again! We are teaming up with Brook Hill Athletics for year two of the Warrior Trail Run.

Grab a friend and hit the trails for a 5k or 10k. We had over 100 participants last year of all fitness levels.

Come out for a fun run and tacos/coffee after.

T-shirt and medal, and swag bag are included in registration!
