🥋🔥 ADULT CLASS SHENANIGANS AT SONGAHM! 🔥🥋

Who says martial arts training has to be serious ALL the time?! 😂

Tonight, our adult class got to have a little fun while working on some COMBAT SPARRING techniques! 💥👊

And let me just say… I think the moms were having just a LITTLE too much fun! 😂😂

There was plenty of laughing, learning, technique, and of course… a little friendly competition! Because when you train together, you become family. ❤️🥋

And then we have MR. CAMDEN! 😂

After patiently waiting and waiting for his dobok to finally come in…

HE'S OFFICIALLY ONE OF US NOW! 🥋🤣
Which means, unfortunately for him…

HE CAN'T FIRE ME ANYMORE! 😂😂😂

Welcome to the madness, Camden! We’re glad to have you on the mat! 💪🔥

At Songahm Martial Arts Academy, we train hard, laugh hard, encourage one another, and have FUN doing it!

🥋 Train together. Grow together. Become family. ❤️

🥋🔥 TONIGHT AT SONGAHM MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY! 🔥🥋

Tonight’s classes brought a little bit of EVERYTHING to the training floor! 💪

Our students geared up and got to work with some ATA Sparring 🥊, Combat Sparring ⚔️, and even more Weapons Training 🥋🗡️!

They worked on technique, control, timing, movement, focus, and discipline while putting their skills to the test. Sparring isn’t just about throwing techniques—it’s about learning to think, react, stay controlled, respect your opponent, and believe in yourself.

Then it was time to bring the weapons back out! The students had the opportunity to learn more about different weapons, how they are used, and the importance of control and responsibility when training with them.

At Songahm Martial Arts Academy, we don't just train the body.

We train the mind, the character, and the leader within. 💯

🥋 Sparring
⚔️ Combat Sparring
🗡️ Weapons Training
💪 Discipline
🧠 Focus
❤️ Respect
🔥 Perseverance

Another night of training. Another opportunity to grow. Another step forward in the journey.

ATA STRONG! 🥋🔥

SMA PARENTS,

🥋🔥 **WE’RE KICKING UP THE ENERGY IN CLASS!** 🔥🥋

In an effort to **MAXIMIZE EVERY MINUTE OF CLASS TIME**, we are making a few important changes moving forward.

⏰ **ALL CLASSES WILL START ON TIME!**

Please plan to arrive **10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS** so students have enough time to:

✅ Get their gear on

✅ Get settled and ready

✅ Be prepared for lineup

✅ Start class with the rest of the team

**Students arriving after class has started will need to wait until they are allowed onto the mat.** This will help us keep class moving and prevent interruptions once training has begun.

🥊 **NEXT MONDAY — GEAR UP!**

Next Monday, class will **START WITH SPARRING AND/OR COMBAT!** 🔥

👉 **PLEASE BRING ALL SPARRING/COMBAT GEAR TO CLASS!**

We want the students ready to jump right into training and make the most of their time on the mat.

🥋⚔️ **AND THERE’S MORE!**

After sparring and combat, we will begin **INTRODUCING WEAPONS INTO CLASS** as we move forward.

If your student has their training weapon, **PLEASE BRING IT TO CLASS!**

🔥 **COME READY. COME PREPARED. COME READY TO TRAIN!** 🔥

Every minute on the mat matters, and we’re excited to keep pushing our students, building their skills, and making every class count!

**TEAMWORK ⭐ DISCIPLINE ⭐ PROGRESS**

Let’s get ready to **TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, AND LEVEL UP!** 🥋🔥

🥋⚔️ WEAPONS NIGHT AT SONGAHM MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY! ⚔️🥋

Tonight at Songahm Martial Arts Academy, Mr. O’Keeffe and Mr. Fisher had an AMAZING class! 🔥

The students got to take a little break from their regular training routine and dive into something new, exciting, and hands-on — WEAPONS! 🥋⚔️
Each student had the opportunity to choose their own weapon for class, and you could see the excitement on their faces from the moment they made their selection! 🤩

They learned about the different weapons they chose, including their history, purpose, and how they are used in martial arts. They also learned about the 9 Loves of Weapons, adding even more meaning and understanding to their training.

But the best part? ❤️

Every single student was excited to learn something new!

At Songahm Martial Arts Academy, we believe martial arts is about more than kicks, punches, and belts. It's about learning, growing, building confidence, discovering new skills, and having FUN while doing it!

🥋 Courage. Respect. Politeness. Honor. Belief.
🔥 Train hard. Learn something new. Keep growing.

What an incredible night on the mat! We are so proud of every one of our students! 👏🥋❤️

Songahm Martial Arts Academy — where every class is an opportunity to learn something new!
